Brique Rouge Mothership
Brique Rouge is a label created & directed by David Duriez dedicated to proper underground house music since 1999. The label has gained in six years an international recognition. Not one more french label for more filtered house, that was the idea. Duriez had in mind a label to release mostly 12" from different artists, a label for dj's like Strictly Rhythm, Power Music, or even Guidance were back in the days. The guide line for Brique Rouge was jus quality, no matter if's deep, hard, vocals or acid, if it's proper house music, it's on Brique Rouge.
Expect nothing but everything.

 | New Massive Remix by Llorca on 2020Vision Art Of Tones "Praise" - Llorca Remix (2020 Vision Recordings) / Uk
"Art of Tones drop this monster club bomb just in time for the festive rave up, you should thank your lucky stars they did. Taking the lead from the likes of Harris, Ferrer & Sydenham, "Praise" layers up the trance-like synths over solid beats and delivers a monster big tech house killer that Isolee would be proud of. On side B Llorca delivers a remix that tweaks in all the right places, upping the ante in the tempo stakes and toughening up the groove a touch, following a pretty similar path to side A but with a slightly sharper edge for a techier floor." (Taken from Picadilly Records Uk, Online Shop).
To be released January 29th, and already tons of feedbacks from... well, everyone, from Dixon and Ashley Beedle to Ame, Ron Trent, Dave Clark... Both mixes are already massively played everywhere |

 | Techno Parade 2006: September 16th in Paris
The motto for 2006’s edition of the Techno Parade will be: "Pump up the volume against hunger!". Technopol, which organizes the parade is working with "Action Contre la Faim" to create a moment of gathering and solidarity. Fighting against hunger implies to first recall an unbearable figure: every 4 seconds, a human being dies of starvation. This year’s edition also aims to inform the masses about the war Action Contre la Faim is leading.
Opening the parade, Martin Solveig will spin on Action Contre la Faim’s float, followed by Dialect recording’s DJs Gwen Maze, Simon Says and Cyril K then Hypnotic Music & Brique Rouge's masterminds Fafa Monteco and David Duriez, : « Our music reaches
young people who haven’t figured out the importance of the starvation issue, this is an essential step because these people will build tomorrow’s world... A first dance step for a better world.»
In order to collect funds, 30 000 badges NO FAMINE will be sold during the Techno Parade for the benefit of Action Contre la Faim. Around 30 musical floats are expected, among which the « Francofffonies » float promoting Frenchspeaking countries’ cultures, co-produced by label et promoter Calme Records. The Opaz / Katapult – leading French minimal electro label – float will also be part of the procession. Other members of the French techno scene will participate, i.e. Flyman or Sabotage Crew. Over 300 000 dancing participants are expected. The Techno Parade takes place Saturday, September, 16th, at 12 a.m. at Bastille. |
