Jamie McHugh's tracks and remixes are in demand with the worlds best DJs. He has featured on Pete Tong's Essential Selection, The Essential Mix and the Trophy Twins After Show on BBC Radio 1 whilst receiving continued support from the likes of Sasha, John Digweed, Darren Emerson, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, The MYNC Project, Nic Fanciulli and James Zabiela. The story really began when his Arcadia track was snapped up by David Duriez's prolific Brique Rouge Label. The follow up "CONfusion" looks certain to mirror that success with a release later this year on sister label, Kill Brique - a label that has already released tracks from the likes of Funk Da Void & Josh Wink. His current track "Wrong" is out now on Dave Seaman's Audio Therapy imprint and is currently causing a stir as part of the Audio Therapy Spring/Summer Sampler 2007.

"Jamie McHugh is currently a man on a mission: A mission to rekindle to spirit of acid house in the hearts of the clubbing hordes of the world. And the time is right, because at this moment people are really feeling twisted disorientating breakdowns and general aural oddness. He has had an excellent month with a top remix of the new Thugfucker track on Brique Rouge but we felt it only right to highlight his own "Confusion" track also on Brique Rouge. We're feeling most, the Tom Pooks remix which adds layers after layer of Detroit techno strings to peak with a dancefloor destroying ultra breakdown. All backed by Jamie's own old school stabs which are the sound of pirate radio on 1989."
